The Hedgehog AIR Ceramic bearings are the gold standard in spinning systems for casting reels. Developed in Japan, they use ceramic micro-balls with a very small diameter to minimise friction and deliver extremely fast spinning performance.
The smallest ceramic balls used in coil bearings, which reduce the contact area and optimise rotation.
Use of 8 marbles whereas most micro-ball bearings use only six, for greater stability and smoother rotation.
Integrated cage with a seamless protective cover.
A design that stiffens the assembly whilst maintaining a very free range of movement.
Designed for fishing situations requiring a very high level of responsiveness,
with a range of approximately 1 g to 28 g.
Ideal for delicate techniques, whilst retaining its capacity
to run on more versatile configurations.
The bearings can be used dry for maximum performance.

The use of a very low-viscosity oil is recommended.
These reels are designed for light and technical fishing.
They are not recommended for heavy fishing or for depths exceeding approximately 28 g (1 oz).

Sur un curado 201 c’est tout simplement phénoménal. Il était déjà équipé d’abec 7 mais j’ai voulu tester les hedge hog et bien je ne suis vraiment pas déçu. Pas de bruit, ça file comme une balle avec 7g et quelle fluidité !! Comparé aux anciens roulements c’est beaucoup mieux.
