These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply exclusively to online sales of products offered on RoulementCasting to buyers acting as consumers.

Together with the online order, these constitute the contractual documents binding on the parties, to the exclusion of any other document of a purely illustrative nature, in particular photographs, catalogues or promotional images.

The applicable Terms and Conditions are those in force on the date the order is confirmed. RoulementCasting reserves the right to amend them at any time.

Article 3 – Products

The products offered for sale are those listed on the website on the day it is viewed, subject to availability.

Each product is accompanied by a description outlining its key features. Photographs and images are provided for illustrative purposes only and cannot guarantee a perfect representation, particularly in terms of colours or display, depending on the screens used.

RoulementCasting reserves the right to amend the range, descriptions or prices, or to withdraw a product from sale at any time.

Article 4 – Price

The prices shown on the website are in euros. Unless otherwise stated, delivery charges are charged as an additional cost and are specified before the order is finally confirmed.

The applicable price is the price in force on the day the order is placed. In the event of a promotional offer, the promotional price applies to orders placed during the offer’s validity period.

RoulementCasting reserves the right to change its prices at any time, without this affecting orders that have already been confirmed.

Article 5 – Order

Any order placed on the website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

RoulementCasting reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a previous dispute, manifestly incorrect information, suspected fraud, product unavailability or any other legitimate circumstance preventing the successful completion of the sale.

The customer undertakes to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when placing an order.

Article 6 – Payment

The full amount is payable upon confirmation of the order.

Payments are secure. No bank details are transmitted or stored on RoulementCasting’s servers.

The payment methods available on the website may include:

If the product is permanently unavailable after payment has been made, the sums paid will be refunded in accordance with the applicable rules.

Article 7 – Security

Article 8 – Delivery

Orders are dispatched as soon as possible after payment has been confirmed, subject to product availability.

As a guide, RoulementCasting dispatches orders within a maximum of 3 working days, with the majority of orders dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday are processed on the next working day.

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. It is the customer’s responsibility to check that the information provided is correct. RoulementCasting cannot be held liable for any incorrect address, any change that has not been reported, or any failure to deliver attributable to the customer.

In the event of damage, a damaged parcel or a missing item, it is the buyer’s responsibility to raise any relevant objections with the carrier and to inform RoulementCasting as soon as possible.

All dispatched orders can be tracked. If a parcel is shown as delivered but has not been received, the buyer must notify RoulementCasting promptly and, if necessary, lodge a claim with the carrier.

Article 9 – Delayed delivery

In the event of a delay in delivery, customers are asked to contact the carrier first, and then RoulementCasting via the contact form.

If RoulementCasting fails to deliver within the agreed time limit or, failing that, without undue delay, the consumer may require the seller to fulfil the contract within a reasonable additional period. If the contract is not fulfilled within this additional period, the consumer may terminate the contract in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code.

Article 10 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Code, the consumer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason for their decision.

This period begins on the date the goods are received by the customer or by a third party designated by the customer.

To exercise this right, the buyer must notify RoulementCasting of their decision via the contact form before the deadline expires.

Article 11 – Returning products

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the products must be returned no later than 14 days after notification of the decision to withdraw, in their original condition, with their original packaging where possible, and together with any documents necessary to identify the order.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless otherwise required by law or in the event of an error attributable to RoulementCasting.

We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service.

Article 12 – Refunds

In the event of a valid cancellation, RoulementCasting will refund the amounts due within the statutory time limit upon receipt of the goods or upon receipt of proof of dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Unless otherwise agreed or required by specific legal provisions, the initial delivery costs may be refunded within the limits provided for by law, but the return costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Article 13 – Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

In particular, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in respect of products made to the consumer’s specifications or which are clearly personalised.

This exclusion applies in particular to products made to measure or customised at the customer’s request.

Article 14 – Use of the website
