If a parcel is shown as delivered\n          but has not been received, the buyer must notify RoulementCasting promptly and,\n          if necessary, lodge a claim with the carrier.\n        <\/p>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <div class=\"rc-legal-box rc-legal-box--full\">\n        <h3>Article 9 \u2013 Delayed delivery<\/h3>\n        <p>\n          In the event of a delay in delivery, customers are asked to contact the carrier first,\n          and then RoulementCasting via the contact form.\n        <\/p>\n        <p>\n          If RoulementCasting fails to deliver within the agreed time limit or, failing that, without undue delay,\n          the consumer may require the seller to fulfil the contract within a reasonable additional period.\n          If the contract is not fulfilled within
